Do you have a growing family?

As soon as the second baby comes along, child car seats get tricky. Is your first-born ready to be moved on to a forward-facing seat or would it be safest to keep them both rear-facing. For total peace of mind, book a free* appointment and get some expert advice from Kidsafe Queensland, the injury prevention specialists.

Have you just bought a new child car seat or need to move one to another car?

Kidsafe Queensland sells a range of quality child car seats, however if you have already purchased a child car seat or are just moving one to another vehicle, you can have it fitted for free* by Kidsafe Qld’s qualified Type 1 Child Car Restraint Fitters.

*Conditions apply: The free service is for Health Care Concession Card holders or charity referrals only

Can I anyone get a FREE child car seat fitting or check?

Our focus is on helping families that need it most, have you recently been affected by the floods, hold a concession card.  Kidsafe Qld does offer fee-for-service appointments so that you can have your child’s car seat installed, moved or checked by one of our professional Type 1 fitters.

I bought my car seat elsewhere. Will Kidsafe still fit it?

Yes, we fit all Australian Standard child car restraints – no matter where they have been purchased.

Who are we?
